"Umie" is a vacuum dehydration device that performs solid-liquid separation by distilling waste liquid under reduced pressure, enabling the reduction of industrial waste or the reuse of waste liquid. Data analysis is conducted using a sequencer, and automatic operation is achieved through optimal value control. Various settings and statuses are visualized on a touch panel display. Additionally, remote management via Conhilari is possible, allowing for the prevention of unexpected troubles. 【Mechanism】 - Waste liquid (raw water) is heated under reduced pressure to evaporate moisture (indirect steam heating). - The evaporated moisture is condensed and collected in a condenser. - The distillation tank is equipped with a scraper-type stirring blade to prevent the adhesion of waste liquid. - The input of waste liquid (raw water) and the discharge of residue are controlled automatically. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
